I live in Mississauga, Ontario with my two awesome senior cats Kyle and Blue and my sweet Boston Terrier Ruby. We got Ruby in March 2007 from a rescue group called SOS via Petfinder. We don't know a lot about her history except that her previous owner was "unable to take care of her". We think she's about 5 years old. It's hard to imagine that anyone could give up such an amazing dog... I felt like I won the lottery when she first walked in our door and I'm grateful every single day that she's in my life. Anyone who's met Ruby can attest that to know her is to love her! Our message is: before you go to a breeder, please consider adoption. There are some incredible pets out there waiting for homes.
